What is here
The Tate Modern is a great place to see modern art from around the world. You can go on art tours and workshops, its best to book these before you go.
There are 7 floors. You can see art on Floor 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. On Floor 1 there is also a shop and a cloakroom.
There are 2 cafes - on Floor 2 and 4. The tables and chairs are not fixed to the floor.
Floor 7 has a big restaurant.
There are lots of benches outside the Tate so you could bring your own lunch and eat by the Thames. |

Parking
There are 9 accessible parking spaces for people with disabilities. You need to book this a day before you go - call 0207 887 8888 or email ticketing@tate.org.uk.
The parking spaces are in Holland Street close to the West Entrance to the building. Coach drop off points are on Southwark Street, a short walk from the West Entrance. |

There is plenty of room to move around inside. There are 4 roomy lifts which can take you to all the floors. |

There are bench seats to sit on in the galleries. Or you could carry one of their stools with you - they fold away flat and are very light.
